Bobby Depew has had a huge impact on the success of many organizations and charities in Northwest Florida, including Fiesta Five Flags, Mayoki Indians, Pensacola and Pensacola Beach Yacht Clubs, and Gulf Breeze Sertoma. Depew started his adult life in the military during the 1960s. After he got out, he attended Pensacola Junior College and earned a business degree in 1969. He was a smart business owner, and he built his company, Pensacola Motorsports, from the ground up. Depew understood the value of the central philosophy of “Sertoma,” which is a shortened colloquialism of the phrase “service to all mankind.” He lived by that creed and passed it on to the next generation of community members. The Gulf Breeze Sertoma honors Bobby Depew with this scholarship for his lifelong commitment to others.

Up to $1,000 per term. Student must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled full-time or half-time. Must have minimum 2.0 GPA. Must be a United States citizen or resident alien and a resident of Santa Rosa County. Scholarship will cover registration fees and/or books.
