Clearwater Jazz Holiday Memorial Scholarships are given to honor special CJH family members who are no longer with us but whose love and special sprit will always be cherished. These two annual $1, 500 scholarships are specifically presented this year in memory of Sherri Callahan and Jack Spalding. Criteria: 1. Applicant must be a graduating student of any Pinellas County Public High School. 2. Applicant must display an interest in music. 3. Applicant must plan to pursue a career in music. a. Arts – Jazz b. Arts – Music c. Education – Music d. Music Education 4. Applicant must have a 2.75 or higher GPA. Additional Criteria: 1. Submit an additional essay summarizing how music has played a role in your life and demonstrate a desire to pursue a career involving music.
